HR Generalist

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in  Midtown  in their search for an  HR Generalist . This is a  DIRECT HIRE  opportunity which requires 100% in-office work .  Only candidates who live in Atlanta, GA will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities :

• Support daily HR operations aligning with company policies

Respond promptly to employee requests related to benefits & payroll

Support sourcing and recruitment efforts

Maintain accurate records in HRIS system

Manage full employment cycle of new employees

Participate in HR audits and reporting

Assist with Employee Relations issues

Requirements :

Must have 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in Paycom is preferred

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must maintain confidentiality

Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills

Must possess sound judgment and the ability to prioritize
