A company is looking for a Curriculum Support Specialist, Contract Position.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve assigned issues within defined service level agreements
Interpret and translate tickets into actionable items for resolution teams
Curate user feedback data to inform design changes in the curriculum
Required Qualifications
Two years of related experience
Working experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS)
General understanding of curriculum concepts
Teaching or curriculum experience in K-12 or prior customer support experience
Experience with content management systems and Microsoft Office
