Senior Accounting Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $96,000 to $106,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA / CPA or CMA certification preferred.

7+ years of extensive experience in managing and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Fusion, ERP) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards, as well as tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. REF #49537
