Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Type : Temp-to-Perm

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a lumber yard or with lumber materials and be comfortable operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating a clamp truck is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate sit-down and / or clamp forklifts to move, load, and unload lumber products
  • Stack and organize materials in designated areas
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator (lumber experience required)
  • Clamp truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
