As a Bartender, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality food and beverage experience that will allow them to lift their glass and cheers to a successful stay. Your ability to operate in a fast paced environment while engaging in meaningful conversation with our guests will support our mission of building guest loyalty.A TYPICAL DAY : Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve food prepared in the restaurant as both flexibility and creativity to meet guest guest orders and accurately collect and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area. Restock and prep bar items as with quality, cleanliness and organization of the bar, restaurant and with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all : Previous food and beverage and / or serving experience is required. Some locations may require bartending experience specifically. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology. This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
