Responsible for building and leading Secondary Marketing's pre-delivery QC and collateral management processes. Provides mentorship and guidance to less experienced back-office personnel. Team player with the ability to drive both speed and integrity of all delivery activities. This role serves as a liaison between loan production and secondary marketing. Responsible for developing and overseeing processes safeguarding data integrity, documentation completeness, and operational readiness for loan sales.

Develop, implement and maintain a standardized pre-delivery audit process to confirm loans are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to sale. Partner with operations and production teams to resolve discrepancies and document exceptions prior to investor delivery. Create and monitor readiness dashboards and exception reports to track audit completion and defect trends. Coordinate with Front & Middle Office as appropriate to reconcile delivered vs committed positions and address any pricing or pooling exceptions. Design and implement a formal collateral management process, including intake, document tracking, exception resolution and delivery. Support ongoing automation, data quality initiatives, and system enhancements impacting delivery or custodial functions. Provide feedback and training to staff to strengthen operational accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10-15 years broad based residential mortgage origination, delivery, operations, risk and underwriting competencies.

Additional Qualifications :

Compensation : Starting base salary : $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and / or commissions.
