The Opportunity

We're hiring a Manager, Data Science for our APAC region. You will lead a small but critical data science team focused on credit decisioning, partnering closely with the Global Head of Data Science and our Credit teams.

This is a high visibility role where you have direct influence on customer outcomes. While not an individual contributor role, you must have a strong technical background and a level of understanding to have robust technical discussions with the team.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead a team of 4 Data Scientists responsible for credit decisioning across our Phillipines (Cashalo) and India (NIRA) businesses.

Collaborate with the leadership team of Cashalo and NIRA to refine and execute their business plans.

Work closely with the Global Head of Data Science to implement process and operational frameworks to allow us to scale the team.

Work with your team on technical solutions and design, ensuring they align to business goals.

Why You're a Great Fit

Demonstrated experience leading a team of Data Scientists, ideally across regions.

Technical background as a Data Scientist.

Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate technical outcomes to business outcomes.

Expertise in timeline and expectation management - a strong project management mindset

Experience working in credit or banking industries
