The Role

As a Science Content Coach , you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You'll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner's journey.

• Support new GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts
• Assist with the development of Personalized Learning Plans for GCs

What We're Looking For

Education : Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred

Licensure : Texas7-12 secondary certification in Science / Life Science or Physical Science (REQUIRED)

Experience : 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred)

Skills : Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills

Passion : A deep commitment to helping at-risk youth succeed academically and personally
