Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly new business goals across auto, home, life, business, and specialty lines.

Respond quickly to new leadsprepare accurate quotes, deliver strong value-based presentations, and confidently close sales.

Work both inbound and outbound opportunities, including purchased leads, referrals, community contacts, and cross-sell campaigns.

Build and strengthen local partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.

Provide exceptional customer service by handling policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews with professionalism and care.

Request referrals consistently and explain our referral rewards program to clients.

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for life insurance, business policies, financial products, and supplemental coverage.

Answer calls promptly and ensure every customer interaction is positive and solution-focused.

Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines to protect clients and maintain agency standards.

Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to stay current on products, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience required; insurance experience is helpful but not necessary.

Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, but we provide licensing support and training for strong candidates.

Comfortable handling objections, asking questions, and staying positive through challenges.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance sales activities and service responsibilities effectively.
