Accounting Manager (on-site)

The Accounting Manager is an integral member of the Accounting Team and ensures that financial information is recorded in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles. The Accounting Manager, working under the Corporate Controller, will assist in all phases of financial accounting for entities under the Takkion umbrella. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting, monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting and reporting functions, and actively managing and fulfilling cross-functional team requests.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, account summaries, and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepares, reviews, and approves journal entries, allocations, and accruals
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
• Complete monthly consolidation of multiple Takkion entities
• Assist with ERP implementations
• Manage transition of treasury services
• Consolidate company credit cards into one platform
• Ensuring compliance with company internal controls and policies
• Fulfillment of external and internal financial audit and tax requests
• General ledger account reconciliations, including maintaining oversight of bank accounts
• Oversee fixed assets and monthly entries
• Assist with audit requests
• Proactive facilitation of process improvements and problem-solving
• Supervise, develop, and provide feedback to direct reports
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• At times support multiple entities in region while leading a team
• Other duties as assigned
