In this role, you will provide essential support to our executives and help streamline their daily operations. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in organizing schedules, managing communications, and ensuring that every aspect of our executive's work life is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the executives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documents are accessible.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
