A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support client account procurement operations and supplier management administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop bid packages and facilitate RFP activities, including coordinating supplier communications
Support supplier audits and manage supplier onboarding and proposals
Coordinate contract preparation and negotiation, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining organized records
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
2+ years of experience in Facilities Management / Indirect Procurement or equivalent
Knowledge of legal aspects of contracts and ability to prepare amendments
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
Experience with strategic sourcing processes and contract management systems
