Associate Attorney - Real Estate / Title

Note : This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana, CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.

Job Description

• Handle real estate and title litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
• Oversee discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client and firm goals
• Regular client communication and case updates

Qualifications

At least 1 year of real estate / title experience

Admission to the California Bar

Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
