Job Purpose : Develop and manage high-quality, compliant, and persuasive proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations from state and county correctional agencies. This role supports the full proposal lifecycle, from intake through submission, by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements, and contributing to process and content improvements that enhance proposal quality and win rates.
