The Biomedical Data Scientist leads the transformation of complex clinical and Imaging data into actionable AI models in the oncology space. The role combines clinical informatics, data engineering, and machine learning for real-world precision medicine. Responsible for translating multimodal data-including PACS imaging, EMRs, physician notes, and optionally molecular assays-into unified structured datasets and for building prognostic and progression-free survival (PFS) models from these datasets to advance cancer treatment personalization.

• Data Integration & Engineering :

Build and maintain robust pipelines that ingest and harmonize multimodal data (DICOM imaging, EMR, pathology, molecular / omics data, and free-text clinical notes).

Develop and validate AI / ML models for :

Progression-Free Survival (PFS) estimation

Partner with oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and radiologists to define clinically meaningful endpoints and labels.
