Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify novel opportunities for advanced analytics solutions that drive business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable, efficient, and highly-performant AI / ML solutions.
Design and implement large-scale information assets that enable applied analytics.
Develop and maintain a robust library of reusable, production-quality algorithms and supporting code.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior staff members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI / ML and related technologies.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, finance, actuarial sciences, or a similar quantitative discipline.
10 years of progressive experience in predictive analytics or data analysis, including 6 years of experience in training and validating statistical, physical, machine learning, and other advanced analytics models.
Subject matter expertise in classical supervised modeling techniques such as linear / logistic models, discriminant analysis, support vector machines, decision trees, forest models, etc.
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing the performance of advanced analytics solutions.
