Absolute Security Intl. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher & Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring coverage for all posts, and supporting both field staff and clients with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and dispatching to cover call-offs, no-shows, and shift changes
• Communicate scheduling issues and fill open posts by contacting employees directly
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients to resolve service requests or equipment needs
• Handle multiple phone lines, monitor emails, and respond to mobile communications
• Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency and operational impact
• Prepare and send end-of-shift reports and client communications
• Document incidents and track schedule changes with extreme attention to detail
• Execute real-time updates to officer schedules and assignments
