Job Summary :

Freebirds World Burrito is looking for talented Shift Leaders who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and passionate about leading others. We want leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, constantly fostering a positive culture, and motivating others. Requirements :

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
  • Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • The ability to empower and mentor Tribe
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must learn to cross-train in all positions
  • Must get a manager food handlers certification upon hire
  • Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
  • The ability to demonstrate our Values daily : Teamwork, Relentlessness, Integrity, Best in Class, and Empowerment
