We are looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Database to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a start-up environment and wants to help us build efficient, reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and code. You will bring your expertise and understanding in deploying and automating the delivery of modern SaaS platforms at scale.

Base pay range

$165,000.00 / yr - $185,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• ? Optimize and scale our database infrastructure for high performance, focusing initially on PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora
• ?? Implement database monitoring, performance tuning, and scaling solutions to support our growing platform needs
• ? Develop and maintain database optimization strategies to improve overall system performance and reliability
• ?? Create automated tooling for database management with an eye for consistency and repeatability
• ? Transition into broader SRE responsibilities after the initial database focus, based on your skillset and team needs
