MBA Finance Leadership Development Program

Participants in the MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) join Ryder as Financial Consultants and are given significant responsibility to impact both business and financial decisions.

What can you expect from the MBA Finance LDP? You'll be matched to an area within our Finance Team based on your experience, career interests, and management priorities. Our goal is to place you into a team where you'll feel engaged and excited about your projects and interact with seasoned professionals who can help expand your management and leadership skills.

We are seeking MBA graduates with an interest in :

• Strategy and competitive intelligence
• Financial planning and analysis
• Operations finance
• Treasury / capital markets
• Other financial areas such as : pricing, acquisitions and asset management

Requirements :

MBA Graduation Date should be Spring / Summer 2026

Responsibilities will vary, depending on the assignment. Some representative activities are shown below :

Applicants from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Washington State : Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data / ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $100K -110K annually.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : $100,000.00

Maximum Pay Range : $110,000.00
