Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead response efforts to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end RFP response process and maintain the RFP calendar

Write and refine proposal content, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements

Collaborate with various teams to gather accurate responses and ensure compliance with legal and contractual standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in proposal management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity

Experience managing complex RFP responses and working with legal departments

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Proficiency in proposal management tools and CRM systems

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks
