GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Responsible for managing, supporting and enhancing the performance of our ERP systems to drive operational efficiency across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service functions. The ERP Analyst acts as a key liaison between functional departments and IT, ensuring that ERP solutions align with business goals and compliance standards in a high-tech, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions :
- DUTIES :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP optimization across departments like manufacturing, planning, inventory, and finance.
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of Amphenol FSI's ERP system (EVO).
- Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, data migrations, and system integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for ERP workflows and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity across all ERP modules and assist with reporting using tools like SQL, Crystal Reports, or Power BI Excel.
- Actively contributes to process improvement initiatives and compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- QUALIFICATIONS :
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain workflows.
Strong analytical experience and understanding.Proficiency in database querying (e.g., SQL Microsoft Access, Excel, Power Query) and reporting tools.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or work experience.2-5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Position requires candidates to be U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)
