Statistical Research Analyst

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24 / 7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP / SAR environments.

Statistical Research : Provides expertise in statistical and mathematical foundations of algorithms, helping with the development of reliable and interpretable models. Helps ensure that the underlying statistical principles are sound. Provides statistical analytics and modeling support to multiple simultaneous statistical projects. Creates graphs, charts, and tables to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences. Organizes and prepares raw data for analysis by removing errors and inconsistencies. Conducts research studies, surveys, and experiments to gather relevant data.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Statistics or closely related discipline, 0+ years of experience

Security Clearance Level : Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Required Certifications : ITIL 4 Foundation; CND or Network+

Location : Offutt AFB, NE
