We're seeking an experienced Intake Director to lead a dynamic team, streamline patient onboarding, and ensure every family's first interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Intake Representatives , providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Oversee all incoming inquiries (phone, email, and online forms), ensuring quick and compassionate responses.
• Assess prospective patient needs and determine eligibility and fit for available programs.
• Manage the intake pipeline — track leads, prioritize follow-ups, and oversee the entire process from inquiry to assessment.
• Train team members on effective communication and conversion techniques , maintaining a balance of empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to align messaging and attract qualified patient leads.
• Maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems and ensure detailed recordkeeping of all interactions.
• Prepare performance reports and analytics for senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
• Partner with clinical and case management teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Continuously improve intake workflows to enhance the patient and family experience
