Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for assisting with food preparation, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This role involves preparing a variety of dishes, following recipes, and assisting with inventory management and kitchen operations. The Cook works closely with the Head Cook and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food Control :

• Assist in checking chopped fruits for freshness, ensuring they meet expiration standards.
• Prepare ingredients for dishes, including verifying the quality of peppers, meats, and other ingredients for preparation.
