HR Assistant

Responsibilities :

  • HR Assistant will provide support in ADP - uploading personnel files in ADP. Updating files (have paper documents) + running reports (our client will guide HR Assistant through process to run a report)
  • HR Assistant will clean up files in SharePoint
  • HR Assistant will manage HR email inbox - responding to emails or forwarding to Director of HR as appropriate. Email inquiries are mainly related to follow up in ADP.
  • HR Assistant will assist with filing (paper files to organize for upcoming audits) and administrative support
  • HR Assistant will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

    • Requirements :

  • 1-2+ years of human resources exp
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR software. (Our client utilizes ADP Workforce Now and Total Source. Previous experience with ADP is a strong plus, but not required if a candidate has used another HR software).
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel (reports to track from SharePoint - should have an understanding of formulas. Experience with macros is a plus but not required). Word, Outlook. (PowerPoint will not be used in this position)

    • Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
