Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide marketing materials related to Medicare plans
Utilize available tools for single call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Input caller and enrollment information accurately into multiple systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year or more of inbound call center experience preferred
Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
Must reside in specific states : AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA
Personal Windows 10 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset
