Frontend Developer (Mid-Level React)

Base salary in the range of $95,000 to $135,000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required : 2+ years of professional experience with React.js. Work Authorization : Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location : 100% Remote.

The Opportunity : We're seeking a Mid-Level React Developer to join our frontend team and help us build beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You'll shape the look and feel of our products, ensuring a seamless user experience. What You'll Do :

Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js.

Build reusable components and libraries.

Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with designers and backend developers.

Write unit and integration tests.

Participate in code reviews.

Stay up-to-date with frontend technologies.

Contribute to our frontend architecture.

Work in an Agile environment.

What You Bring :

2+ years of professional experience with React.js.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Solid understanding of web standards and best practices.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points :

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of UI / UX design principles.

Experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).
