Payroll Specialist

Century Group is excited to share an amazing opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join a Construction Company. This company has a great team environment and excellent mentorship from a kind and competent leader. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description :

Process weekly payroll for 300-400 employees using UKG / Kronos, ADP & Sage software

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports to unions and government agencies

Process benefits, garnishments, taxes, union earnings, deductions and W-2s

Review, reconcile, and validate weekly payroll prior to transmission

Assist in audits by providing records

Requirements :

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
