Pay Rate / Range : $50,000-60,000 DOE

Description :  This role is responsible for preparing and filing multi-state sales tax returns, accurately entering journal entries, and processing payroll through ADP Workforce Now. Key duties include reconciling bank deposits, tracking cash and credit card payments, managing accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position also involves running reports from bank, state, and POS systems for reconciliation, assisting with financial statement preparation as needed, and supporting general ledger functions.

Job Requirements : An Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting is highly preferred, along with 13 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Payroll experience with ADP Workforce Now is required, as well as familiarity with accounting software (ERP systems) and proficiency in spreadsheet software, specifically advanced Excel.

Job Type :  Direct hire

Shift / Schedule :  Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
