Reboot Staff is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Support outreach efforts to potential clients and partners through email and phone communication
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the Business Development team
Monitor business development metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align growth strategies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in a business development, sales support, or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A proactive and professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
