Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products. Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills. A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and with urgency. Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (license assistance available). Previous sales or insurance experience is not required just the drive to succeed.

Earning Potential : $150,000 - $450,000 per year
