This position is looking for a highly motivated flight test engineer and test lead with emphasis in developmental test of a new and revolutionary Group 5 UAS. You will work heavily with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for assisting on planning, coordination, execution and reporting on all facets of the test program.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Division is one of Anduril’s fastest growing, most technically complex divisions. We develop and build collaborative combat aircraft , missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Test & Evaluation (T&E) program management across various development phases to own integration & system check outs, ground testing, taxi testing, and flight operations. As a TPM, you will lead through influence, partnering with the T&E IPT and other partner teams to manage and drive execution of all T&E deliverables to the program on schedule and on cost.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to manage our work streams as we design, procure, manufacture, and test cutting-edge autonomous aircraft. This TPM will support the T&E IPT working to track and coordinate schedule and hand-offs of test & evaluation activity (integration, system check-outs, ground testing, taxi testing, and path leading to flight across all program tail numbers) and communicate status to leadership. Identify and implement process improvement efforts to delivery the right information to the right people at the right time. In this pivotal role, you will analyze and provide data-driven recommendations that balance the needs of technical teams with overall program objectives. You will foster collaboration and ensure alignment among team members on a common path forward, addressing any points of contention and building consensus. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment, strong leadership skills, humility, and the ability to influence strategically.

$166,000 - $220,000 USD
