Our real estate & property management team is growing, and we’re in need of a full-time real estate accountant! You’ll keep our financial records organized by reviewing accounts payable and receivable and preparing detailed account reconciliations.

Compensation : $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with month- and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure accuracy
• Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
• Help monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies or trends
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance
• Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned, such as Accounts Payable
• Process semi-monthly payroll, submit 401(k) contributions, process payroll taxes, and file quarterly payroll tax reports
