Key Responsibilities Process change orders and manage the bid process for smaller construction projects Implement measures to enhance employee motivation and improve production methods Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in Construction Contracting and stakeholder management Experience with RFPs, Ariba, and Excel Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques Familiarity with design techniques and tools for technical plans and models
