Duration : 0.2+ months with opportunity for extension or conversion
Shift : M to F 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Job Description :
- Support daily facilities functions : Work order monitoring, resolving facility issues, Lending support to other business units, validating service requests such as light bulb replacements, plumbing issues, HVAC issues, etc.
- Assist with office moves, Inventory monitoring and order support.
- Someone who is professional in demeanor, customer service skills, previous facilities experience, strong communications skills, both verbal and written, organized would be successful in this role.
- There will be lifting, walking, standing, and kneeling / squatting.
- Use of basic hand tools.
- This is a managed service environment, but the contingent worker will be working for our clients'offices.
- Parking passes are issued by the client (parking will be validated by the client until issuance of the parking pass).
- Currently projected through the end of January 2026. But it could be extended.
Dress Code : Clean, safe work attire typical of facilities. Collared shirts, sturdy pants, closed-toed shoes. Everything should be clean and free of holes and stains.
Driving : No Driving / travel is required
