We’re looking for a driven and dedicated part-time real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. Initially, there will be a heavy emphasis on social media. We'd rely on you to build our social media pages and daily content. You’ll also work with the team on prep for open houses. Compensation : $20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities : Ongoing Support
- Maintain and update a list of go-to contractors and vendors for client referrals
- Process invoices for stagers, pool companies, and other vendors
- Order office and marketing supplies (stamps, envelopes, return address labels, etc.)
- Manage weekly marketing updates to clients (posts, postcards, email updates, etc.)
- Research social media and content ideas for video and photography projects
- Assist with photo / video shoots and content organization
- Install or pick up lockboxes and signs as needed
New Listings
Schedule and coordinate stagers and photographersFollow up to ensure timely delivery of photos and virtual toursSelect top photos for social media and create “Coming Soon” postsVerify that listing photos and descriptions accurately reflect property amenitiesSend “Just Listed” emails and gather property details (insurance, utilities, etc.)Coordinate pool renderings and confirm any visual marketing detailsPast Clients & Client Care
