Seeking a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth? As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU units, gaining diverse clinical experiences.
What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support unitsProvide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environmentAdjust quickly to unit workflows while maintaining excellent clinical standardsWhat We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Ability to meet the following schedule requirements :2 Fridays2 Mondays1 WeekendTraining & Skills :

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment through skilled communication and clinical decision making. Your role will include :
Using the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan care, and implement interventionsRecognizing and responding to significant changes in patient conditionDeveloping discharge plans collaborativelyImplementing safety strategies and assessing educational needsParticipating in quality improvement initiativesLicensures & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Skills & Abilities :
Strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to make independent decisions are essential.
