We are assisting our client seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Assistant to support their accounting and tax team. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Corporate oversight of outsourced business licenses
- Assist with licenses, registrations, and credit applications
- Manage mail : scan, sort, and forward to appropriate owner (tax and payable)
- Prepare and process certified documents : scanning, mailing, and tracking
- Facilitate document signatures across departments and leadership
- File relevant ownership changes with federal, state, and local agencies
- Collaborate with the accounting team on vendor setup, invoice processing, and reconciliations
