Academic Success Coach

A company is looking for a Prerequisite Academic Success Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Provides academic and developmental advising to healthcare students to promote success

Monitors student progression and coordinates course registration in collaboration with academic leadership

Utilizes data to track student persistence and reports on outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field required

Master's degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field preferred

Experience in student advising and / or counseling is preferred

Working knowledge of database and software packages for tracking and reporting student information

Experience in a start-up environment or product launch preferred
