A company is looking for an Account Services Representative to manage a book of non-core MSPL business and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day account activities, build relationships, and troubleshoot customer issues by collaborating with internal teams
Drive sales processes within an assigned territory to expand services and increase overall gross profit
Develop a knowledge base of the marketplace and physician practice dynamics to enhance consultative selling and win new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for a degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a healthcare-related field
1 year of sales and / or account management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM software is helpful
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare dynamics and related industry trends is highly desired
