Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, tape, and finish drywall — including patching, sanding, mudding, and smoothing surfaces.
  • Perform interior and exterior painting — priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying.
  • Repair or replace damaged drywall sections; perform surface touch-ups.
  • Match colors and textures; ensure smooth, even finishes throughout.
  • Set up and clean up work areas daily; maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; complete tasks on schedule.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including use of ladders, lifts, and PPE.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-10+ years of experience  in painting and / or drywall finishing (commercial or residential).
  • Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, priming, and painting techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights when needed.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

    • Preferred

  • Experience with airless sprayers, texturing equipment, or multi-finish drywall systems.
  • Familiarity with both interior and exterior surface prep and coatings.
  • OSHA 10 certification or similar safety training (nice to have).

    • Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts (occasional weekends as needed).
  • $22–$30
  • Overtime opportunities available.
