Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to join our team onsite in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely using Workday , ensuring compliance with company policies and federal / state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using Workday.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of payroll experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Onsite role with a consistent schedule.
