Overview of the Payroll Specialist Role :
Process biweekly multi state payroll for 800 employees in 9 statesManage garnishments and send to PaycomJournal Entries after payroll to charge back to each propertyAnswer Paycom questions through-out the dayAd hoc payroll projectsPreferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist :
3+ years of full cycle payroll experience.Solid experience using Paycom for payroll processingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Reliable follow-through and commitment to accuracy.Property or real estate accounting experience is a plus.#ZRCFS
