In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organizational goals. Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and execute both large-scale and smaller corporate events, ensuring all logistical elements are managed effectively.
- Conduct site research and provide recommendations for event venues that align with organizational needs.
- Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve consensus on event objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure all event-related tasks are completed on time while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional international travel, to support event operations.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or event planning.
- At least six years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and managing corporate events.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
- Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through on all assignments.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international trips.
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
