A Lead Advisor is primarily responsible for driving new business while maintaining a high standard of client service and team leadership. The majority of time is dedicated to business development in addition to managing a book of clients as a Wealth Advisor and overseeing the Diamond Team typically composed of three other team members. Interacting with high-net-worth individuals executives business owners and families youre confident being yourself and possess a high emotional IQ. Youre articulate polished and have an aptitude for financial vernacular. Extremely analytical and a great listener you will master data gathering drafting goals and creating financial plans that speak to the clients in their language. Location : This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

Salary : Base : $120000 bonuses. Total compensation : $200000
