Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO, Tech Business Lending Company, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Our client, an innovative on-line business lending company based in Ft. Lauderdale, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the firm’s dynamic and entrepreneurial Founder / CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a true “right hand” to a very busy executive managing day to day operations in a fast-paced “high touch.” environment. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience supporting an entrepreneurial high-level executive, preferably in the finance space at a smaller type firm. This is a 4 day a week role in the office.
About the Job :
- Provide seamless day-to-day support to the CEO, managing a complex and fluid calendar with ever-shifting priorities
- Coordinate and handle domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
- Prioritize emails and craft responses on his behalf
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and high-profile contacts with diplomacy
- Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Attend meetings as needed; take notes and follow-up on action items
- Plan events, dinners
- Handle special projects

About You :
Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a “high-touch” support role —you understand the importance of nuance, detail-orientation and excellenceSuperior organizational skills; proactive with the ability to change gears quicklyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an interest and proficiency in AIDiscreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with integrityResourceful, proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “no task too small” attitude
