Are you a staffing sales professional with established warehousing, logistics, or industrial client relationships ? Ready to escape corporate bureaucracy and join a small, agile team where your impact is immediate?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to bring in new business and expand our warehousing and industrial staffing division . This isn’t a “build slowly from scratch” role — we need someone who can leverage their existing book of business and industry network to deliver results quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your established warehousing / logistics / industrial client contacts to win new accounts
- Sell staffing solutions to warehousing, distribution, and industrial companies
- Build lasting client relationships with HR, operations managers, and procurement teams
- Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent in warehouse operations, material handling, forklift operators, and supervisory roles
- Drive new contracts and consistently exceed sales targets
