What You’ll Do :

Lead front-of-house operations with energy, accuracy, and integrity

Sell tires and services with confidence and clarity — no pressure tactics, just the right way

Write accurate repair orders, oversee technicians, and manage workflow like a pro

Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Track metrics, manage inventory, and help the store hit its performance targets

Support the Store Manager and step up when needed

🔧 What It Takes :

2+ years of experience in automotive service, tire sales, or service writing

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

The ability to problem-solve under pressure and shift gears fast

Solid computer skills and a mind for numbers

A high level of personal responsibility and a desire to win

Valid driver’s license and a drive to do things right
