Pain Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Pain Sales Representative is responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives determined within the assigned sales team and territory. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding the distributed products. They are also responsible for assignments delegated by the Sales Manager and the Sales Team Lead, which are not limited to the following essential responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides products for patients and coordinates and executes the fitting of the device.
- Manages the logistics of sets and implants with the surgery schedule for day-to-day operations of the team.
- Provides surgical case coverage support within assigned sales team to include training surgeons and hospital staff on proper servicing of devices and ensuring that proper instruments and implants are available and ready for a case prior to its onset.
- Builds strong relationships with providers and clinical staff using clinical proficiency and business acumen. Utilizes this process to further develop strong clinical and product knowledge critical to future growth in sales.
- Works collaboratively with the team leader and other sales representatives to build, implement, and execute the growth plan for the assigned area.
- Collects all necessary information to submit the orders to the correct distributor brand for billing.
- Provides education to surgeons and clinical staff on proper documentation required and remote therapeutic opportunities.
- Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing local educational and sales events intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.
- Takes initiative through projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
- Maintains a strict adherence to privacy expectations for customers (HIPAA), employees, and the company. This might mean maintaining certifications.

Education / ExperienceAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years experience in a sales roleMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, including weekend(s) and evening(s).Must have reliable transportation.Medicare accreditation status requires its employees in close physical contact with patients (Direct Care) to maintain certain immunizations, health screenings and related trainings, criminal and motor vehicle records, and valid automobile insurance.
